When you purchase a Consultation or apply for a Full Course Coaching initial Consultation with us, you will open a contact form with us where we will ask you to provide us responses to basic intake information such as what you want to accomplish with your session or similar questions. You will need to provide us your phone number so we can provide this service once purchased. This information will be used to help us understand how we can help you with our products or services, and if a purchased Consultation, how we can provide you the education and information you have requested in your purchase. These intake information responses you have answered will be electronically compiled and electronically provided to us through email or online through our intake forms.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, user name and email address.

We will also store comments or reviews if enabled on this site, if you choose to leave them.

Payments

We accept payments through primarily Square (SQ) www.squareup.com. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information and for auto-renewing membership payments. Your credit card information will be stored with Square.
