Flour and Gluten Free Dangers
Using any kind of grain flour, any, can cause allergic reactions in many people. Most people are especially allergic to wheat.
HOWEVER, trying to substitute “other” flours, like nut flours, like potato flours or tapioca flours can be not only allergenic but dangerous.
And it’s NOT just about “gluten”.
Seeds and grains are usually the part of the plant trying to sprout and form new plants. The plants add toxins to their seeds that are harmful to animals, some birds etc. to discourage the seeds from being destroyed in nature.
These toxins can often be the allergens.
Some allergic reactions can cause severe cramping, bleeding bowel, celiac or other IBS symptoms.
The reactions can cause constipation or diarrhea. They can include insomnia.
Some reactions are from endocrine disruptions caused by the seeds and grains beyond the toxic casings. Endocrine disruptions symptoms can be found under the Thyroid discussion and the list is long! Add a person over-heating, or always being cold, insomnia, constipation to the list there. Just from eating flours…
In addition, nut flours like almond flour not only can contain nut toxins and molds, but inherently contain RANCID unsaturated oils that can damage nearly all body systems and contribute to belly fat.
The Gluten Free label and idea is another corrupted big lie. If one looks at the ingredient lists of ANY “gluten-free” product, the substitutions and chemicals added “instead” of anything looking or resembling food are often unrecognizable.
The chemicals are designed to mimic “bread” (textures, looks, tastes) or the holding together of bread-like or cracker or cake “like” textures and looks.
Are you trying to choose real FOOD? Or only something that “looks, tastes, smells LIKE” food?
And keep in mind that grains, nuts, seeds, all the items made into or trying to be made into “flour” and flour “substitutions” are often some of the most contaminated with the poison glyphosate.
Being poisoned by this toxin, an endocrine disruptor and immune suppressant can cause all kinds of health issues that can be called “allergies” and worse.

Many, most people solve a lot of their health issues when they remove ALL flours, grains, look-a-likes, and any substitutions including gluten-free ingredient products from what they are ingesting.
Eat Real Food. And even though “wheat” and “rye” and…and…and… seem like real food, the human animal body can often show serious allergies, poisoning issues, endocrine issues and weak immune response when ingesting these items.
