AIR

Along with working with your amazing breathing technique, I wanted to give you some additional information about air in general, outside as well as inside your home.

I suggest looking into home air filters.

Peat mentioned in one of his interviews, sorry, don’t remember the exact one to link here, but he mentioned he still uses an old negative ion generator in his bedroom.

Looking these up, a negative ion generator is used to remove particulates from the air. Ionizers are also called “ionizer air purifiers,” “ionizing air purifiers,” “air ionizers,” “ion generators” and “ionic air purifiers.”

Do NOT choose one that outputs ozone or uses a collector plate.  Additionally, there are air purifiers called “electrostatic air purifiers,” or “electrostatic precipitators,” which work similarly to ionizers and these are often the ones that produce ozone.

I’ve looked at newer ones and haven’t found anything I particularly like right now. I currently have one that’s part of an inexpensive combo filter that I’ve used for wild fire smoke and July fireworks explosions filtering.

When just the ion part is running on quiet, the machine still makes an underlying electromagnetic whine that I find annoying.

The air in the room does seem less stuffy when using it.

But in general, I like to keep all the electronics, even the ceiling fan turned off during sleep. I find the EMF disturbing and some of it is audible to me, even from supposedly silent ceiling fan models.

But if you’d like to explore this gadget, here is a list of several.

I would focus on the 3 or 4 that are very inexpensive and ONLY produce negative ions in a non-fan operation. The description should say the machine does NOT produce any ozone during the operation.

But mostly I encourage an investment in a very high quality HEPA type air cleaner when you can, that can filter to the smallest particle possible. And keep the filters regularly changed (usually 6-12 months).

This would be something similar to the high end $800-900 Austin Air HEPA filters. I recently reviewed the AirDoctor HEPA machines and they as well seem to test exceptionally well, even for mold. They are less expensive than the Austin Air and apparently more quiet running.

I don’t suggest adding any whole house box filter to your homes current HVAC furnace/AC system. I’ve used these. They usually are electrostatic type filters and snap and pop a lot, the fragile wires and fins that are used in their design break often upon cleaning—and the cleaning is dirty and very difficult. They don’t really filter micro and nano-particles, or VOCS well if at all (VOCS filtering usually requires carbon embedded filters).

I finally got rid of the box cleaning device and used the 4” box to use the extra wide furnace filters but those only filter the particles and we would be looking to filter nano particles and VOCs.

The outside air I now understand (and the inside air because of it and even worse with inside gases and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) from furniture, flooring, belongings from inside) is highly polluted with nano particles of aluminum, with airborne glyphosate created from our biofuels like 10-15% ethanol in our gasoline here in the US, as well as the VOCs (volatile organic compounds) from wild fires and other climate crisis productions.

Researchers using special microscopes that can detect particles smaller than a virus have finally been able to detect these micro particles and suggest they have proven there are a huge quantity of these particular and purposeful pollutants continuously being loaded and manipulated with microwaves in earth’s upper air currents.

And because of this massive, world wide scale of geoengineering of climate, wild fires and weather events are more out of control than ever before.

Many areas now experience once-in-a-lifetime fire damage and the air pollution that comes with it, once a year or two.

This site includes the Documentary about this phenomena. It contains very compelling information that looking into my own skies where I live I now see daily.

It’s interesting because in looking at photos from 2020 and before I see nearly all the photos have very blue sky. But I haven’t seen a truly blue sky where I live in at least two years. The skies are mostly white now and subdued. So I found this documentary highly enlightening and absolutely concerning.

And I don’t think wearing masks will solve this one.

Indeed, that topic has also been widely uncovered as part of the massive lies we’ve been living under these last years.

170 comparative studies and articles compiled by the Brownstone Institute demonstrate that face masks are largely ineffective, have no impact on controlling transmission of the COVID-19 virus and can actually be harmful.” Children’s Health Defense

I’ve heard that even surgical physicians who regularly wear N95s and surgical masks for their professions say those masks only stop blood splatter from getting on their own faces. They do not protect the patient on the table.

“Put aside the obvious concerns mask wearers face: reduced oxygen levels, anxiety disorders, and scientific lack of efficacy. Since 2012, research has shown that inhaling nanofibers can pose a serious risk to inflammation in the lungs, even mesothelioma (cancer) due to its similar shape to asbestos. Jefferey Jaxen highlights a recent study showing the potential threat to inhaling nano plastics shed from masks.”

So definitely practice your wonderful Ujjayi breathing, set out an air cleaner or two and get outside for your prescribed minutes of light for sure!
